Terminal Blocks

A terminal block is a small but essential electrical connector that lets you join two or more wires together safely. It provides a secure, organized point where power or signals can pass from one part of a system to another without loose wiring, exposed conductors, or complicated splicing. You’ll find terminal blocks in everything from building wiring and control panels to appliances, machines, and industrial equipment because they make installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting much easier. For more than 40 years, SHINING E&E has specialized in creating high-quality terminal block connectors that deliver stable performance, strong clamping force, and long service life. Our Taiwan-made terminal blocks are engineered for safe, reliable connections and are available in a wide range of models to suit power distribution, control wiring, machinery, and custom OEM/ODM applications. Whether you need standard parts or a custom design, we provide durable, precision-engineered solutions that fit your exact electrical requirements.

FAQs

What wire sizes do your terminal blocks support?
For our terminal blocks, supported wire sizes vary by product series. Standard power terminal blocks like the TGP-085 series accept #2–14 AWG (approx. 2.0–22 mm²) conductors. Smaller power blocks (TGP-050) typically support #6–12 AWG (about 3.5–14 mm²). Euro feed-through blocks support ranges such as AWG 30–12 or AWG 28–8 (0.2–6 mm²), depending on the model. Always check the specific datasheet for exact wire size listings.
What materials are used in your terminal blocks?
Terminal blocks are built using selected insulating and conductive materials. Insulation housings include PC, PBT, Nylon, and ceramic for high-temperature use. Conductive components are commonly made from brass, copper, phosphor bronze, or aluminum. Exact material details vary by model and are listed on each product page.
Are your terminal blocks UL or CE certified?
Some terminal block models are UL and CE certified. Selected products have passed UL 1059 and hold UL or cUL recognition, along with CE compliance. Certified models are clearly marked on the product pages. Please check individual listings to confirm certification status for your specific application.
What is the operating temperature range?
Operating temperature varies by terminal block type and material. Each product page specifies its rated temperature range. For high-temperature environments, ceramic terminal blocks are recommended, as they perform reliably where standard plastic housings may not be suitable.
What accessories are available for your terminal blocks?
Available accessories include end plates, end clamps, DIN rails, DIN rail adapters, protective covers, jumper bars, shorting links, quick-connect terminals, marker strips, and labeling paper. These accessories support safe installation, system organization, and easier maintenance. Availability depends on the terminal block series.
Are replacement parts or spare accessories available?
Spare internal parts are not sold separately. Accessories are supplied according to customer purchase quantities and order requirements. If accessories are needed, they should be ordered together with the terminal blocks to ensure compatibility and availability.
Do you offer custom terminal blocks or OEM service?
Yes. Shining E&E provides OEM and ODM services for terminal blocks when sufficient order volume is met. Custom design, specification adjustment, and dedicated production can be discussed based on project needs and application requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time?
There is no fixed MOQ. You are advised to order in standard packaging units such as 50, 100, or 200 pieces per box for better cost efficiency. Lead time depends on product type, stock availability, and order quantity, and should be confirmed during order placement.
